Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc.’s team developed campus entrances and an edge that provided a traditional campus appearance, reduced the landscape maintenance demands and provided added security. Fencing provides for visual continuity and limits pedestrian and vehicular access to four locations. Entry gates create a hierarchy of Campus entrance ways. Plantings rely heavily on the traditional campus elements of large shade trees and individual evergreen trees and shrubs.
Project includes engineering, surveying, electrical, landscape architecture, planting and irrigation design for the construction of the Murchison Road streetscape and Capel Stadium brick wall. Streetscape included extensive planting, irrigation, steel fencing, security gates, hardscapes and decorative brick walls surrounding the football stadium. Services included design, surveying, construction administration, observation and management. |
