Project includes engineering, surveying, mapping, hydraulic analysis, preparation of specification and contract documents for four (4) construction contracts requiring installation of approximately 59,600 feet of sewer mains and 1,113 laterals, 3,270 feet of water mains, 55 fire hydrants and the necessary patching and a separate overlay contract. Responsibilities include easement maps, legal descriptions, encroachment maps, permitting, assessment maps, construction staking, record drawings and engineering services during construction.

The stormwater management project covered the 55-acre generation plant site into a zero discharge facility exceeding the new NPDES stormwater management requirements. The project included the construction of a 5.5 acre retention pond with the slopes protected by concrete grout filled fabric, a dam, an extensive storm drainage collection system and the area completely bermed. An ''as-built'' topo of the entire plant site was performed as well as boundary survey and survey acquisition of 8 additional parcels, furnished to PWC in the AutoCADD format. Other responsibilities included construction management (multiple simultaneous projects by others were constructed 24 hours a day), construction staking, and project administration.
