Project includes engineering, surveying, mapping, hydraulic analysis, preparation of specification and contract documents for two (2) construction contracts requiring installation of approximately 30,428 feet of sewer mains and 478 laterals, and 16 fire hydrants on existing water mains, and the necessary permanent patching. The project required a sewer outfall and easement on Fort Bragg’s property allowing PWC to eliminate a lift station resulting in a savings in excess of $150,000. Responsibilities included easement maps, legal descriptions, encroachment maps, permitting, wetlands, assessment maps, construction staking, record drawings, bidding and bid documents and engineering services during construction. |
