Project included the coordination of obtaining a grant from The Rural Center, the surveying, mapping, engineering and permitting required to design 16,965 lf of 8” sanitary sewer mains, 2,703 lf of 12” sanitary sewer mains, 3,969 lf of 15” sanitary sewer outfall, 160 sewer services, a 420 gpm sanitary sewer lift station with backup generator, 5 sewer main bores and 3,120 lf of 8” water main along with the rebuilding and patching of 2,500 lf of paved streets and assessments and engineering study.
The coordination of the grant submittal, design, surveying and encroachment maps, easement maps and legal descriptions, wetland permitting, construction and erosion control permitting, preparation of bid documents, soliciting of bids and review of bids, finalizing contract documents, prebid and preconstruction meetings, review of submittals, construction staking, cut sheets, project construction observations, coordination of complaint resolution, record documents, project administration and other engineering and surveying services required during construction. |
