Project included 2,565 feet of 24 inch sewer outfall, 6,536 feet of 16 inch force main, and a cast-in-place 4 MGD lift station with all control and instrumentation. NCDOT took exception and allowed the force main to be installed in a controlled access right-of-way along NC 24 Highway.

In addition an environmental assessment was prepared and permitted. Responsibilities included surveying, engineering, property maps and legal descriptions, project administration, construction staking and site observation.
