MK&R and O & M Services, LLC provides GPS/GIS inventory services include electric, water, wastewater and storm drainage systems. Benefits of utility inventories include system valuation, potential increased revenues, maintenance, operation, inventory control and engineering modeling analysis. We believe our data collection methods are more cost efficient and accurate than the more commonly used system. With the use of pen based hand held computers, real time GPS position equipment and ESRI software, features are located and verified to their real world location with attribute information and connectivity accomplished in the field with minimal post processing. We have the ability to analyze all phases of a project based on the needs and requirements of individual clients and provide a process through data collection, training, data maintenance and software selection that delivers a product specifically designed for our client.
