Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. has developed an excellent understanding of military base facilities and has a long standing (since 1959) record on DOD Contracts.

In the last 10 years MKR has been awarded two 2-year Multi-discipline IDT for A-E Services Contracts and provided consulting services for an additional two year IDT Contract. MKR has provided design and surveying services for more than 35 IDT projects.  As a Sub-Consultant in 1996, Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. provided the survey and civil site design for Savannah Corps of Engineers' first "hard metric" project for a 15.9 hectares Special Operations Complex having an estimated construction cost of $14,000,000 (4.3 mil Civil), delivered in Microstation file format. Additional, Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. has an "Open Order for Supplies & Services" to provide drafting data conversions of As-Built plans by various consultants to Microstation file format using Tri Service Spatial Data Standards.  MKR routinely  provides civil design and surveying services for A-E Companies throughout the Savannah District.

MK&R maintains a survey crew to provide construction layout on a daily basis at Ft. Bragg, Simmons and Pope Air Force Base. Additionally, our survey crews have extensive experience in route surveying and location surveys. The production of maps and design documents are a regular part of services.

The best evidence of our satisfied clients is the list of repeat Contracts. MKR provided USCE Wilmington District surveying services for 22 years.
