Butler Warner Generation Plant Stormwater Management Improvements
The stormwater management project covered the 55 acre generation plant site into a zero discharge facility exceeding the new NPDES stormwater management requirements. The project included the construction of a 5.5 acre retention pond with the slopes protected by concrete grout filled fabric, a dam, an extensive storm drainage collection system and the area completely bermed. An "as-built" topo of the entire plant site was performed as well as boundary survey and survey acquisition of 8 additional parcels, furnished to PWC in the AutoCADD format. Other responsibilities included construction management (multiple simultaneous projects by others were constructed 24 hours a day), construction staking, and project administration.
