Cumberland County Industrial Center Drainage Master Plan

Developed a master plan for drainage in the 1250 acre watershed area thru the industrial park. Implemented a series of canals approximately 1½ miles in length to Rockfish Creek. Master plan for water, sewer, and roadway system with the majority of the infrastructure constructed. Survey and mapped the park's wetlands. Responsibilities included master planning, design, survey, specifications, exterior signage, landscaping design, mapping, construction management and project administration, construction staking and construction observation.
