Cypress Lakes

Cypress Lakes is a planned mixed use community located on a 525 acre site.  The community will contain approximately 1000 single family units, 300 multi family units, 22 acres for professional and commercial use as well as a 50 acre school site and 90 acres for parks and greenspace.  The project is located in the Gray's Creek Community in Cumberland County NC convenient to I-95 and Hwy 87, Wal-Mart Distribution Centre and the Cumberland Industrial Centre.
