City of Fayetteville Annexation Conceptual Study

The Area IV A, B, & C Conceptual Study included the preparation of an Engineer's Conceptual Opinion of Probable Costs to be used as a planning document for future annexation. The area consisted of approximately 17 subdivisions throughout Cumberland County. The anticipated work may include approximately 53.5 miles sanitary sewer, 3405 laterals, 40 miles water mains, 3130 laterals and street reconstruction/repair.
