Kings Cross

King's Cross is an apartment complex of ten buildings with 216 apartment units situated on a 14 acre site on the corner of Morganton Road and East Loch Haven Road, Fayetteville, NC.  Handicap accessibility and the steep topography greatly influenced the land planning.   Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. surveyed the topography, designed the stormwater, water and sewer utilities, site grading and parking lots. MK&R, Inc also staked the site and administrated the site work for the project.
