Kings Pointe

Kings Pointe is an apartment complex of ten three story buildings with 244 upscale apartment units on a 15.9 acre site situated off Westlake Road, Fayetteville, NC.  Planning considerations included steep topography and handicap accessibility.  Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. surveyed the topography, designed the stormwater, water and sewer utilities, site grading and parking lots.  MK&R, Inc also staked the site and administrated the site work for the project.
