LaGrange Subdivision Conceptual Studies (Needs Assessment)

LaGrange Subdivision preliminary Needs Assessment included the preliminary layout of approximately 105,000 feet sanitary sewer mains with 1450 laterals. The study area included the Morganton Place Subdivision as well as both sides of Reilly Road adjacent to Fort Bragg. The assessment addressed several sewer options and itemized Engineer’s Conceptual Opinion of Probable Costs.
