Richmond Park

Richmond Park is a residential subdivision planned for over 2000 single family houses located north of Spring Lake NC on highway 87.  Moorman, Kizer and Reitzel, Inc. provided the boundary survey, land planning, wetland delineation, permitting, and designed the roads, water, sewer and storm drainage utilities.  MK&R Inc also provided construction staking and administrated the site work for the sections built to date.
