Water Resources Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. provides cost effective solutions for large and small municipal and private utility companies taking into consideration our knowledge of local people, problems, citizen’s needs and budgetary constraints. Waste water projects include regional interceptor and pumping facilities, watershed master planning, on-site disposal facilities and conventional collection systems. Water projects include regional transmission facilities, elevated and ground storage tanks, ground water supply systems and water distribution systems. Other services include master utility mapping; rehabilitation, relocation and painting ground storage and elevated storage water tanks; evaluation and upgrading existing master plans and existing collection/distribution systems. Special engineering services include sub aqueous pipe crossings, tunnels, aerial crossings including bridges, large bores, directional drilling and "hanging" pipeline on railroad trestles and bridges. Typical duties/responsibilities include developing project scope, master planning, surveying, engineering, courthouse research, property owner notification, property easement maps and descriptions, wetland delineation and mapping, nationwide permitting (401 and 404), environmental assessments, encroachments, project administration, construction staking and site observation.
