Project included engineering, surveying, electrical, landscape and irrigation design for the parking areas and drive thru located in the rear of the Robert C. Williams Business Center. In addition to demolition of existing buildings, parking lots, etc., the construction of two new lots, extensive planting, irrigation and decorative brick screen walls were incorporated into the design.

Services included surveying, right of way acquisition, property acquisition, permitting, design, construction administration, observation and management. Construction completed in 2001 at an approximate cost of $320,000.
