Developed data base and data dictionary to implement a GPS/GIS physical inventory of the Cumberland County storm drainage system and basins to include all municipalities to comply with NPDES Permitting requirements The project has collected over 80,100 structures and conveyances features with 24 attribute fields since April 2007. Each structure has features identified to be in compliance with NPDES Phase II requirements. Conveyances are attributed for size, material, maintenance requirements and sediment level. Connectivity is created between structures, conveyances, creeks, ponds and waters defined as “Waters of the State.” Inventory requires confined space entry and traffic control procedures. |
