The Westgate Subdivision is a multiphased residential development in Hoke County consisting of 850 single-family lots.  To date, 420 lots in the project have been completed.

The backbone sewer infrastructure for this development included the installation of a 1 MGD lift station with 6” Gorman Rupp pumps, 6,765 lf of 10” DI and PVC force main within the rights of ways of NCDOT maintained roads, the construction of 1920 lf of 15” PVC outfall and 1665 lf of 12” PVC outfall as well as to date some 2275 lf of 12” collection main and 16,640 lf of 8” collection main.

The project has been constructed to PWC standards, and will be maintained by PWC.

The sewer infrastructure will be owned by the County of Hoke.  Services included engineering, surveying, land planning, project administration, permitting, construction observation, construction staking and estimating.
